FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

  1. How long is the processing time?

Processing time is dependent in the service being done. Processing time is listed in the product description.

       2. Do I get discount on bulk orders?

Discount is automatically applied at checkout for quantities over 10.

       3. How is payment made?

Payment can be made via bank transfer or through our online platform, Wi-Pay.

      4. Ownership of Credit Card and IG Style?

Credit Card/IG Style designs are owned by us as this included in a printing package.
If you want to own the design, please upgrade to our design package.
5. Do I see the design before it is printed?
Designs are sent for review before printing is done. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order. This can be done via email or DM.
      6. How do you ship?
Local shipping is done via Knustford, Bearer or Zipmail. There is a $500 fee for Zipmail and knustford to have bearers take the item to the specific locations.
International shipping is done via post office and takes 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
       7. Can I pay on delivery?
A 50% is deposit is required before work can be done. This deposit fee is non refundable as all orders are fully customized and cannot be resold.
