Refund policy

DEPOSITS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A 50% deposit fee is required before and must be confirmed before any order is processed. Final payment must be made once the order completed before order is released.

As all our items are custom made, they cannot be returned. We will gladly replace any order that was incorrectly done on our end. 

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
